The Indian Springs Scottish Festival will be held on June 1, 2002 at the Indian Spring Hotel and grounds in Indian Springs, Ga. The site is 4 miles south of Jackson, Ga. on state Hwy. 42 and is across the street from Indian Springs State Park.
Camping is available in the state park at very reasonable rates and all types of camping are available. Also, cabins are available for rent in the camping area.
We are pleased that the following groups have already agreed to perform at the 2002 festival.
They are Mickle-a-do and Celtic Cross Troupe Scottish Country Dancers, Jonesboro Class. Both groups were very popular at the 2001 festival.
Kay Cummings will be in charge of the Athletic competition which will include men and women athletes.
We will update this information as other participants are added to the festival.
