The Tremere are a very tight-knit Clan. Betrayal by one of its members is unthinkable, and punishable in ways more horrific than even your fertile imagination can conjure. Each Tremere Chylde gives one Blood Trait to her Chantry Leader and two for the Council of Seven in Vienna. Since the Tremere Discipline Thaumaturgy includes the ability to control someone through her Blood Trait, this virtually guarantees her loyalty to the Clan. When a Chylde is introduced to the Council of Seven, she also ingests one Blood Trait from each Council member, making her one-third Blood Bound to the Council. This can be considered a Clan Disadvantage. The Clan Advantage is that, as a Chylde becomes more useful to the Clan and proves her loyalty, she can learn both Disciplines and (Thaumaturgical) Rituals. Such Rituals are a very jealously guarded Tremere secret, and no one would dare teach an outsider a Ritual, lest she risk the wrath of the entirety of Clan Tremere.

There are presently two Tremere in In Denver's Shadow:

Gregory, Tremere Regent/Primogen/Head of Chantry/Librarian, etc., etc., is a royal pain in the ass to almost everyone. Oh yeah. The power-hungry snot is also the Keeper of Elysium. Fortunately, he only shows up occasionally.

Pandora, played by JacqueLynn Townsend, is the eldest Tremere in our fair city. She was formerly Primogen of Clan Tremere, but is now content kicking butt as necessary.

There were four other Tremere in In Denver's Shadow:

Angelique Du Pry was the newest Tremere to arrive in Denver. She died during the war with the Sabbat in Boulder. She was played by Annette Moss.

Lord Tannenbaum, was played by Kelly Wren.

Padre Ramirez, local Tremere Lord, Head of the Chantry, blah, blah, blah. It was discovered that the good Padre was actually a Sabbat mole (unbeknownst to him or anyone else) and he was staked for return to the Camarilla Tremere. He was an NPC played by God Marc Elliot.

Sara was played by Kelly's wife Julie Wren and was (just between you and me) Lord Tannenbaum's progeny.
