San Valiente was built in 1998. It is a beautiful Spanish style complex. It is right across the street from DeVry. The complex boasts two play grounds, two swimming pools, volley ball court, two basketball courts, clubhouse, workout room, resident accessible high speed computers, several barbeque pits with gazebos and round picnic tables, and a park complete with a pond and waterfall.

Coloradoans would call this a condominium, however, San Valiente can make more money by NOT allowing people ownership capacity. Therefore, the San Valiente rentals are known as "luxury apartments". Ha ha... whatever, DeVry students get $100 off the rent. To top it off, our rent is even less. We just happened to sign our lease in May as the snow-birds were leaving, thus we always get a deal upon lease renewal. This last year, we received $400 off the May rent, and no cost of living increase. To better explain how awesome this is: Matt just moved into an apartment across the courtyard. His lease charges him $1250 per month, ours is $980.
