First off the bat, an introduction to just who we are. This page will come to represent the output of our newly formed production company , which is unnamed at this stage, but which has the temporary name Skyriders Productions.

Our ultimate aim to produce low budget films, both for the theatrical and video markets, although we have clearly done very little of either so far. However, we are currently in pre-production our first straight-to-video serial, a Doctor Who fan video called Genus. (For those not in the know, Doctor Who is, at 26 seasons, the world's longest running science fiction series, and indeed the world's longest running prime time drama series.) The video will be a five-part serial based on my own interpretation of a Doctor in the series' future (probably his ninth incarnation). It will also feature his companion, Brian, as well as a few elements familiar to fans of the series. The link currently extending from this page to the one detailing stages of production will consist mainly of text with a few images, but the serial's co-author, Witold Tietze, is going to start a page with pictures, sounds, and AVI/MOV/MPEG clips once production begins.

NOTE: NO ATTEMPT IS BEING MADE TO CASH IN ON THE BRAINCHILD OF THE BBC. THIS IS STRICTLY A NON-PROFIT VENTURE MADE FOR THE FANS BY THE FANS.

This page is mainly to inform Doctor Who fans that we exist, and to let people know that there are some new filmmakers on the scene. I live in Texas, USA, and any people from North East Texas who think they can help (be in the film, donate money, etc) are welcome to do so. Without support, this venture may not find completion. E-mail me if you're interested. I will update the specific Who page as often as possible. After the film is done, we will sell copies for $10 each in America and Canada. I have a friend in Australia who will distribute PAL copies in that country. I am hoping to have a distributer in England soon.
