Why is delo 400 the best conventional diesel engine oil?
Well to say simply it fights soot and Chevron thinks ahead.. To PC-9 and PC-10 In extreme testing at 2x the interval of CH-4 classification with the mack engine at 7.8% soot with std soot level is around 3.5-4% the delo 400 passed. At 9% soot it was only slightly over the CH-4 limit. Meaning if you go say 40,000 miles your still protected.
