Conall's DAT trade list (site under construction)

The following tapes are for TRADE ONLY- NO EXCEPTIONS. All recordings are for non-commercial home use only. All sources based on the info that was given to me.I use KAO gold DAT and prefer the same but will accept the following brands of DDS DATs: Sony,KAO,HP. Please check with me first if you use another brand. All DATS are SCMS free.

Please fast-forward to the end and rewind each tape before you begin to record. Also, I want a minute or so of silence recorded at the beginning of each tape so the data will not be exposed at the very outside of the spool.

Please provide me with as much technical data and information as you can on the source and history of the DAT. Obviously the source for most tapes from the 1970's is a soundboard, but what generation SBD? Do you know if it really is the master, a 1st gen reel, an unknown gen reel or a cassette? I often don't have that information myself, but I will include whatever info I have with my list.
