MY BEGINNING WEIGHT


I have struggled for my entire life with my weight. I have tried so very many ways to lose weight from eating only ice for 2 days to trying the Duke University Rice Diet on my own, to the tried and true eat less and move more. Nothing has worked...I have never found a plan that would CHANGE MY LIFE...

Until Now...

In October, 2001, I went to LA Weightloss Centers , and found a program that I can live (and eat) with, and move with, and LOSE with! It is something that I can change FOREVER, which is the most important thing to keeping weight off! I also religiously work out with my personal guru... Richard Simmons (Love those Oldies!) and Tony Little (kind of a strange fellow, but a Hell of a trainer)... I also check in every day with other women who are losing weight at Support Buddies on ivillage's Diet Boards.
