NOOITGEDACHT FARM
Listen to a modern Karin and HAVE a farm in AFRICA !!!!!

The view from the larger house, near the swimming pool

A 2004 hectare (4952 acre) L-shaped farm in the heart of South Africa. It is in
the North-West corner of the province of Kwa-Zulu/Natal, lying on a peaceful rolling plato
between the towns of Dundee and Vryheid. The name of the farm means "I never
imagined" and I guess you never imagined having a farm in Africa, but you can !!!
The farm has two
homesteads : one on each end of the farm, so the farm can be split into two separate
units, each with its own house, or be bought as a unit. Both homes are light-brick houses
with 3 bedrooms, built-in cupboards, large kitchens, open-plan dining rooms and lounges,
double garages and massive gardens !!!
As mentioned before,
the farm can be divided into 2 seperate units. Both of these units has a house on them.
The larger unit has a 3 bedroom house with a swimming pool of 7m x 14m and an apartment a
few feet away which has 1 1/2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open-plan
lounge/kitchenette !!!!

Although it seldom goes below zero degrees celcius in winter it has snowed once or twice in the past 20 years. Summer temperatures go up into the high twenties. It is ideal cattle and maize (corn) country with a summer rainfal.

For all 2004 hectares (4952 acres) it is $430,700 ( £280,000 ) only !!!!
That is ONLY $86.97 an acre !!!!!!
It can also be
sold in two parts : each has a house on it with its own borehole for water and has
electricity.
PART 1 - 3: $310,990 (£202,175)
PART 4 - 6 : $119,710 (£77,825)
