Tyran's Cove - Combat Code of Conduct:

Rules of Combat and Death

The rules on Combat and death is this campaign is easy to understand and learn. Simply remember, a certain Number of lines through actions before a counter action completes the kill.

Equaling to:
Visitors: 2
Regulars: 3 (All creatures)
Clansmen: 3 (All Clans)
Knights: 4 (Clansman)
High Council: 5 (Lords, Ladys, Kings, Queens)
Gods: Created in thought, Belife and ledgend

Above is the chart that would set your level of actions taken upon you to kill you. Noting your characters game status.

In otherwords:

*Number of text lines as an action (/me) completed as the chart states against you, and your character dies. Thus, you had no time within the lines to counter attac of defend yourself. Its the matter of the slower to faster typer.

The way explains itself. Dont expect to know right off hand what your doing. You may need to watch a few times and ask questions. This way of Combat itself helps keep a balance within the campaign.
Weapons and Spells:

Weapons of all shapes and sizes exist in many shops in Tyran. Most everything the eye could imagine, literally. Humans tend to be the ones to carry such weapons as a gun, long sword, saber, daggers, and knives of the sort. Elves, and the taller races commonly choose daggers, large sticks, long swords, bow and arrow, and majikc. (All creatures can actually use majikc, but some tend to have the ability more that others. Vampires and other darker creatures choose to carry weapons like swords and daggers most of the time, but some do not due to the frustration of just having to carry one. Not all have to carry any sort of protection, but anyone can cary whatever they wish.
IMPORTANT: Vanishing Spell: The vanishing spell can be used by those who hold three or more lines of combat protection only ONCE in battle that can last no longer than 20 seconds. If a second vanishing spell is casted by anyone under a combat five the spell is nulled (Vanishing is a one line spell). If one is at a level four the spell can last up to and no longer than ONE minute. Level five has the ability to stay invisable and unharmable with the spell for up to TWO minutes and have the power to use it TWICE per combat attack. If the time alotment is not used to its fullest advantage and you reappear beforehand you can not vanish again to use the remainder of the time honored. Other Spells: As stated above, you can use just about any spell your imagination will allow. Any spell you cast, other than a vanishing spell, must be completed in two lines of action or less. If a spell is not completed within the second line the spell is nullified.

Majick is this campaign can be used in any way, shape or form. Anything can happen. The over use of it can cause some to grow weak, weak minded, insane, and can cause death and destruction to ones self. So be careful what spells you chant, what you send out comes back times three.
Most of your power comes from your brain. Not your muscles, nor anything else. Choose your steps carefuly and make wise choices. When upon an unusual incounter, think of the word "inhabition" and all that you have will go away.

I hope that this new system will go incorporation with ease and little frustration. If there are any doubts or concerns about the rules of combat, or if assistance is needed, please advise the High Council.

There has been question about what level you would be at so let me go into a bit more detail. One who would require two lines of action to kill them would be someone like a visitor, a new face. Someone not as powerful as the current players incorporated. A bunny, slayer, or just someone agreed upon by the group as being so. It was chosen to give regulars and clansmen the three line tradition becuase it is easier to learn and more practice is accumulated. This would be the basic level of combat. The usual, average. Knights and such desirve an additional line due to obtaining the title of a knight and proving him/herself in battle. Knights are incorporated as higher rank and are given a bit more power in combat over the normal. A King, Queen, Princess, Prince,Lord, Lady etc. would of course obtain an additional line for their importance in the game.

I hope this clears up some confusion.
