I have Fibromyalgia, therefore the sites on FMS. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 8 years ago, and it has been an uphill battle. This is an invisible disease that affects many people. It can be devastating to career, relationships, self esteem and your health. I am doing a pretty good job right now of not allowing it rule my life, but I do have my days. Some of the things that help me are medication, meditation, getting lots of rest, acupuncture, naturopathy, nutrition therapy, Reiki, swimming and lots of prayer.

I am in two recovery programs for 16 years now, hence the site on Recovery. If you are in need of recovery from any addiction, please see my friend Sues's Recovery Site. It has information and places to go for help.

I also love to paint with acrylics, draw and do a little photograpy. Here is one of my photographs.

Embellishing lampshades is another hobby of mine. My lampshades are plain when the light is off, but come to life when the light is turned on.

I am also a peaceful activist. Please visit the GRA site when you have a chance. Give Peace a chance! As long as we continue to turn to violent solutions to the worlds problems we will not use our creativity to come up with peaceful solutions.
