$3000.00 per person for 5 days hunting, 2 days travel in and out, for a total of 7 day trip. The camp is located in Game Management Area 80, at approximately 10,000 feet altitude. Includes horses, guides, cook, food, and tents (sleeping and eating tents with wood heaters). Hunting is done from stands, on foot and on horseback. we try to manage the hunt within the individual's capabilities. However, rugged terrain and high altitude hunting dictate physical fitness. Game will be packed to client's vehicle. Hunters need rifle, warm clothing, a good down sleeping bag with pad, and footwear for wet and dry conditions. Gear is restricted to 70 lbs. and should be packed in two army duffle bags that are equal in weight. No suitcases please, everything to and from camp must be packed on horses. A $500 retainer fee is required per person, with the balance due upon arrival. we prefer to book a group for this type hunt with 4 to 6 people. Usually our hunters come in a day early on this hunt in order to rest and get accustomed to the altitude. There is no additional charge for the added day at camp. The trip is also available during the summer with some modifications. Call, email or send us a fax for further information on this type of trip. |

$2000.00 per person for a 7 day trip. This package is conducted from the ranch with lodging, meals and lunches furnished. Each morning guests are greeted with a breakfast and lunches made while the outfitter saddles horses to be loaded on gooseneck trailers. Horses are hauled to the National Forest where a wide variety of terrain is enjoyed by the guests each day. The vehicle trip takes about 30 minutes, and with horses saddled and ready to go, the hunter can expect to be in good hunting areas by dawn. This hunt appeals to most folks, as they have modern conveniences and yet are guided to remote areas each day. Travel by horseback each day ranges from 10 to 15 miles, thus guests should like to ride to truly enjoy this type of trip. A $500.00 retainer fee is required and single bookings will be accepted. This package is also available for summer trips. |
