    ARI Network Services, Inc. (Jan. 98 - Present) - Software Systems Analyst III 
    Senior systems analyst responsible for performing analysis on new and current application programs for the purpose of improving design and enhancing functionality to improve processing and response time. Through the use of Visual Basic, design and document graphical user interface prototypes and data flow to deepen customer satisfaction. Applications are written in the C/C++ language, and are tied to an Access Database back end. Also serve as member of the Design Review Committee, which approves all application design, and the Internet site development team (advisory member). Conduct JAD and JRP sessions for requirements exploration.
    REGIS UNIVERSITY (Aug. 97 - Present) - Affiliate Faculty 
    Facilitate courses for the School for Professional Studies in the Computer Information Systems graduate and under graduate programs. Evaluate available text books, and participate in development of course content and modules. Certified as Student Advisor for Professional Projects, and facilitate various courses covering Systems Analysis & Design, Internet, Presentation, HCI Design, and Rapid Application Development.
    MCI TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION (Jul. 93 - Jan. 98) 
    Apr. 97 - Jan. 98: Project Manager/Lead. Project managed and led small to medium sized development projects including full life cycle development. Completed level of effort assessments, gathered and refined requirements, designed, wrote design documents, produced Intranet prototype documents, and implemented development efforts written in C/C++ and Java languages in a cross platform client/server environment. Closely managed configuration management and code migration using PVCS Version Manager and Tracker. 
    Aug. 94 - Apr. 97: Training & Documentation Specialist. Create and perform needs analysis and assessments for domestic and international audiences. Train and provide documentation and training for domestic and international users. Use system and training development life cycles to develop technical "how to" manuals and training materials for multiple types of users. Provide technical guidance for OE and Revenue systems support organizations within MCI, Concert, British Telecom, and Stentor of Canada. 
    Jul. 93 - Aug. 94: Software Test Engineer. Performed as Test Lead for both maintenance and new development projects for the CORE Order Entry system. This position included conducting level of effort assessments, developing test plans and procedures, requirements tracking, and participating in design and code walk through events. Quality assurance was a prime concern during coordination between other interfacing systems and throughout the entire development life cycle.
    MICHAEL J. DUNCAN, ATTORNEY AT LAW (Aug. 96 - Jul. 97) - Web Developer. 
    Conducted market and product analysis of current Internet presence. Designed and developed a new web presence, including application of market analysis to customer needs.
    HAMILTON STANDARD COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT ELECTRONICS (Feb. 93 - Jul. 93) - Assistant Material Logistics Coordinator. 
    Conducted audit on international shipping documents. Planed and conducted internal physical inventory of over 8 million dollars of electrical materials. Prepare material handling process plans and guides to increase productivity, and work procedures. Operate Computer Systems; Sparc station, AS/400, IBM PC.
    LORAL, COMMAND AND CONTROL SYSTEMS (Oct. 92 - Jan 93) - Systems Programmer. 
    Performed multiple level analysis and testing to ensure adherence to customer requirements. Participated in Formal integrated testing (DOD Standard 2167A) in a UNIX C-shell environment, and provided technical writing support using a DEC/VAX Mainframe. Sharpened software design and computer programming skills and assisted in trouble shooting problem areas when identified.
    UNITED STATES ARMY (Oct. 75 - May 92) - Personnel Management Supervisor. 
    * Received Commanding General Commendation for designing, developing, training, documenting, and implementing an integrated computerized accounting system. Subsequently developed computer training programs and trained 30 personnel monthly on this and other computer systems (99% effective, 1% retrained). 

    * Commended for analyzing manning documents, and managing personnel utilization for up to 17,000-person unit. Interviewed and placed personnel according to experience and educational background. 

    * Known for building teams and team environments. Led a six-member team in 100% satisfactory placement of approximately 135,000 employees over two years.
