Eudoxia

Eudoxia was the daughter of Emperor Valentinian III and his wife, Licinia Eudoxia.

In 455, she was forced to marry Palladius, the son of the usurper Petronius Maximus but this forced marriage only lasted a few weeks. After Gaiseric took Rome later in 455, leading to the fall of Petronius Maximus, she was carried off from Rome to Carthage along with her mother and her younger sister, Placidia. After a few years, she married Huneric of the Vandals, by whom she begot the heir to the Vandal throne.
