www.gsmss.as.ro IS A PROVEN FRAUD a.k.a. GSM INTERCEPTOR SCAM

Websurfers and Businesses, BEWARE!!!

We have discovered and monitored a very naive but supposedly dangerous fraud on the web from an East European SO CALLED¯ firm (???), based in Moldova/Romania.

The name of the firm is Mobile Spy System: they claim they are in a position to sell customers a fully operational GSM Interceptor priced EUR 4,000 (about USD 4,200).
Needless to say, this is a TOTAL FRAUD, however, in order to avoid these croocks to get reward from their misdeeds, we strongly suggest you to consider what we believe to be incontrovertible evidence of our statements.

THE GSM INTERCEPTOR SCAM

Basically, the fraud scheme is very simple: they offer something they really do not have (and most of all would not be allowed to sell!) by portraying a fake system on their website and they simply wait for the victim to contact them.
If you are not TOTALLY DUMB, you get IMMEDIATELY suspicious by just carefully browsing their website:

1)· first of all, take a look at their English!!! (to better understand this, you should REALLY take a look to the EVOLUTION OF A FRAUD section...). There are so many mispellings and grammar is definitely an option!!! If you really manufacture a GSM Interceptor you are supposed to deal with High-end customers (not paesants): how do you think a Government Agency is going to buy your product if they can just barely perceive your statements?!?!
2)· take a look at the available pictures.... their GSM Interceptor V.4 is just an empty box with a car cellphone antenna and some PC wires, you NEVER have the chance to see the whole system working LIVE on the PC screen as close as you would need to clearly distinguish if it is actually working....concerning operational screen snapshots, well, Adobe Photoshop wins it all!
3)· absolutely NO address, NO phone, NO further references. All you get is an email address...by the way, the webspace they use is freely available:as you can easily verify, you can definitely register a free web address with their same ISP...

Nevertheless, should you ever dare to contact them to complete the purchase (lots of laughs!), they would require sending of the full amount needed (EUR4,000/USD4,200) via Western Union/Money Gram prior to any shipment. This means that you have absolutely NO control on your money transfer: money cannot be traced once sent, and most of all the person withdrawing the money needs only to know name of sender to get the cash!!! Once you send it, your money is definitely gone. This is definitely absurd and, provided you are not willingly trying to waste your money, some questions should immediately arise.

Then you may try to ask them as follows:

1) Why are not we meeting in person?¯ (Answer): Because we do not want any trouble with the police....
2) Why am I supposed to pay all the money in advance? Is there any chance to split payment, let us say 30% advanced and remaining 70% on delivery after product verification? (Answer): We stated some rules to protect both ourselves and our customers as we initially agreed on split payment but some customers took evil advantage of this and volountarily did not complete payment (lots of laughs!);
3) Why are you selling a restricted item to ordinary customers?¯ Well, why do not you try to find the answer on their ABOUT US¯ webpage?....(lots of laughs!)
4) Why do not you give us some past customer references, so that we can check out if your offer is not a hoax? (Answer): We protect our customers and do not share their personal information to any third party
As you might agree, answers apparently make sense.

The fact remains: these fucking croocks are definitely trying to steal your money (by the way, why do not you check out the additional accessories cost?). We decided to deeper investigate the matter by contacting some friends of us in Russia and Romania, and here is what we found out:

in order to receive the product/s, the requested amount must be sent via WU/MG money transfer to a certain Denis Fedorenko in Kishinev (be sure not to miss Kishinev picture below!!!), MOLDOVA, however, they now claim to be Romanians and to have contact with the Romanian Government (lots of laughs!!!)
