Its the end of summer and school starts soon and the rangers go down to the beach to know eachother better. Things seem well has they travel to a island that James's father the blue ranger rented for them.....There nice and peaceful wacation is stopped when Zarkon summons Doyle and Versloy to be his Generals. Versloy sends down a giant fish to attack the people near the beach. The fish attacks the beach so the rangers have to go back from the island to the main beach. They are overwhelmed by putties. The only one that isn't is one of the twins and she must face her fear of swimming to save her fellow rangers...
