((Manik sits on the top turnbuckle, the crowd dead silent in anticipation for what could possibly happen next. Will Markus Katastrophik answer his call, will he stay behind. Is Markus even in the arena? So many questions just begging to be answered after the return of Michael Calhoun, and the announcement of Madness' card for the coming week. Manik sits there, tapping his food impatiently on the middle turnbuckle, staring directly up towards the entrance stage, waiting for something to happen.))

-_- Manik -_-
C'mon Markus, either you are gonna come out here, or Calhoun is going to need to send his security boys out here to try and pry me from this ring, cause there's no way in hell I'm leaving without seeing your face! Unless you come out here, slide in that ring and meet my five little brothers... they even brought a gift for you... a whole box of X-Bombs!

-- Kaiser --
I knew it! Markus is too much of a coward to face Manik after what he did to him, and what he said. He's all talk. Just as I thought!

-- Sombrero --
We don't even know if Markus is in the building Kaiser, so hold on and lets just see what happens. I've yet to see Markus back down from a challenge. This would be a first.

-- Sammy Williams --
It might not be the wisest idea though. Look at Manik in there, he looks about ready to snap. Markus might be smarter just waiting back there and letting security handle this one.

((Suddenly, a flock of security comes out of the back, heading towards the ring where Manik is stationed. The look on his face is that of pure anger and disgust that Markus failed to come and meet his request. However, the lights start to dim a bit and the crowd goes from silent to a frenzy in mere seconds as 'Crashing Around You' echoes through the halls of the arena. The security stops dead in their tracks, as Markus Katastrophik appears at the top of the stage, the World title over his left shoulder glistening as light beams off of it. In the air however is the sickening tool once owned by Manik himself, the trademark baseball bat Markus has claimed for his own.

Markus' head is lowered, concealed by the hood of his thick baggy sweatshirt. He quickly lifts his head, the hood falling back, nonchalantly, to reveal the eyes ringed in thick black liner, and his hair spiked up in tight single spikes. Markus begins to make his way down the ramp, behind the security, as Manik jumps from the turnbuckle in an attack stance, waiting for Markus to show up just close enough to get his from the SWF Assassin.

Markus pushes past the security and carefully stalks Manik in the ring, watching his body movements before taking slow step after slow step up into the ring. Manik eyes Markus cautiously as the champion climbs into the ring between the top and middle ropes. Upon entering, Markus points the bat right at Manik, in a sort of 'back off' gesture.

Both men however are thrown off guard as security ascends up onto the apron, surrounding the ring's entirety, essentially trapping both superstars in the squared circle. Both men fumble around a bit in surprise, Manik pointing to Markus and then around the security, accusing him, as Markus fidgets his shoulders trying to tell Manik of his not knowing. Markus moves over towards one of the corners, nearest the ring announcer, and pushes one of the security out of the way to accept a microphone. He wastes little time, placing the bat between his shoulders in the back of his sweatshirt, re-adjusting the World Title over his shoulder before speaking.))

Hold it, hold the damn phone! I didn't call the goon squad out here. Before you get some sick idea in your head that I am working with Calhoun, get it straight. If I was unwilling to work for Akron, what makes you think Calhoun is any more special? I didn't orchestrate this tag team match. I'd just as soon face you one-on-one. Who the hell am I supposed to pick to be my tag partner? Tigerheart? He's still not back from having his a s s handed to him Sunday night. There is nobody back there that I trust even remotely enough to get the job done by my side. And quite frankly, that is how I like it!

-- Kaiser --
He's setting himself up! You need friends in this business, and he's just burning every last bridge he has.

-- Sammy Williams --
Look at the ring, that is an ominous picture, two of the biggest stars in our industry in the ring, toe-to-toe, with security surrounding the ring.

-- Sombrero --
My question is that if Markus didn't bring them, what are they doing in there?

((Markus paces the ring in front of Manik for a few moments, sure not to break eye contact, and to keep Manik in his field of vision. Markus knows Manik well enough never to turn his back on him. The security stands around the apron restless, as the two men in the ring seem OVERLY aware of their surroundings. Markus raises the microphone to his lips to speak again.))

+ Markus Katastrophik +
I don't know what Calhoun's plan is, but I have a proposition. If you're listening Mikey, how about you change the card just a little bit. I don't mind the main event, except for one change. I say that we do this the right way. Mano y Mano. Manik sure doesn't have many, if ANY friends here in the SWF, and neither do I. And I know what ratings mean to you Calhoun. So lets ask the crowd what they think. How many of you out here tonight want to see Markus Katastrophik versus the self-proclaimed SWF Assassin Manik...for the SWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP?!

((The arena explodes with frenzious cheers and applause at the sound of the main event rematch for the title.))

+ Markus Katastrophik +
Your ratings have spoken Calhoun. Manik wants it... I want it, and most importantly, THEY want it! So I say ditch the two-on-two, and make it what it deserves to be, what all of these people, and the people around the world deserve to see! Because you see it really comes down to--

((Markus is cut off by an unfamilar voice, that of the Head Security agent.))

.:: Head Security Agent Todd ::.
We are ordered to escort Mr. Manik and Mr. Katastrophik from the ring, so that action may resume for the evening. So troops, do your job, and if they resist, you have full authority to use necessary force!

-_- Manik -_-
Oh you REALLY don't want to do that. Trust me...

((The crowd breaks out into crazy boo's, showing their displeasure for the actions being taken. The riot squad security agents enter the ring slowly, beginning to box in the duo of Manik and Markus Katastrophik. One lays a hand on Manik, before Manik grabs the hand, twists it around, and drops him with an arm drag takedown. The remainder of the security close in tighter, exhibiting force against both Manik and Markus.

One man uses a choke hold from behind on Markus, who flips him over onto the mat in front of him, and drives his fist into the security guard's face. Manik fights off a security agent with a clothesline, and another with a diving elbow. Markus fights another off with a front dropkick, and grabs the leg of another guard attempting to stomp down on him, and sweeps him off his feet.

As the guards seem to become a bit much, Markus reaches behind him and pulls out the baseball bat, using the head of the bat, driving it into a guard's stomach, then clotheslining him in the chest with the bat at full power. Manik dives and clotheslines two of the agents over the top rope, sending them toppling onto the arena floor in a heap. Manik takes a baton shot to the ribs, and stumbles forward for a moment, turning around and managing to grab the wrist of the same security guard, as he comes in with an overhand shot. Manik kicks the guard in the testicles, before tearing off his gear and promptly X-Bombing him into the mat.

Markus shoves one into the ropes and sends him towards Manik who X-Bombs him as well. The fans are going wild at this point, watching Markus and Manik clean house of the security guards. The head guard sees the chaos and comes down into the ring, and is met immediately by an X-Bomb. Markus and Manik look at each other, and for a brief moment, seem to have some sort of an agreement. Markus climbs to the top rope as Manik drops the Head agent with another X-Bomb, setting him in place for Markus to finish him off with the Superman Frog Splash.

Flashbulbs go off in numbers as the two rival superstars seem to be working together, like old days, showing some of the dominance they once exhibited in the days, only even more dominant as both men have grown and gotten much better at their craft. In the ring, Markus grabs the microphone, and in typical cynical Katastrophik fashion...))

+ Markus Katastrophik +
Now THAT... is entertainment!

((Markus extends his hand to Manik in a show of respect. Manik looks down and hesitantly shakes Markus' hand, but pulls him in suddenly and lifts him for the X-Bomb. Somehow though, Markus manages to maneuver out, and slide out of the ring, grabbing his title quickly on his way out, and picking up the baseball bat off the arena floor.

-- Sombrero --
That low-life son of a b i t c h! After they took care of the security, Markus shows a gesture of respect, and what does Manik do? He spits in the face of Markus Katastrophik, trying to X-Bomb him into oblivion!

-- Kaiser --
Markus should've known better, and if we all get our wish, he's gonna get a taste of that at Madness, and this time, he wont be able to escape. And we will have a NEW and deserving World champion!

-- Sammy Willaims --
My God this has turned into an all-out war! We have to wait and hear from the CEO Michael Calhoun now on whether he will change the main event, or if it will stay a tag team match.

((Markus, furious, points the bat straight up at Manik, mouthing a few words, and a few obscenities, raising the title in the air, as the show cuts to commercial.))
