((Commercial returns, to a still shots from Quest for Gold, highlighting the Main Event between Manik, Tigeheart, and Markus Katastrophik.
The first clip shows Markus being hit in the ribs by Manik with a lead pipe, followed immediately by a still clip of Tigerheart, in the air, victim to the X-Bomb. Next shot was Manik covered over Tigerheart's body, while audio accompanies the picture, Kaiser saying 'one...two...three!' And the ring announcer announcing 'Tigerheart has been eliminated.'
The following shots showed Manik's dominance over Markus Katastrophik. Sending him into the steel ring steps. Beating Markus mercilessly outside of the ring. Two quick still pictures back-to-back show first Manik raising Markus over him in a suplex, the second quickly accompanying it showing Markus falling out, and Manik's head connected to the steel step.
The next shows the EMT's all clamoring around the two fallen superstars. Audio has the announcer again saying 'there MUST be a winner, the match will continue until a champion is crowned!'
The next snapshot has Manik powerslamming Markus into the mat. Following it is the crowd screaming on audio as the picture is blurred by the movement and flashbulbs, but has Manik in the air performing his 'Can Opener'. Immediately after that, the picture has Manik planting Markus through the table with the 'X-Bomb'. Sombrero in background audio is heard: "OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! Manik just broke Markus in half...".
After that, picture by picture shows Manik going to the corner, then Manik getting the bat from under the ring. Manik raising it over his head outside of the ring. Manik getting back in. Manik lifting Markus to his feet.
Next was blurred again, due to flashbulb interference, but Markus' head lunging at Manik's genitals. The next picture being the most nauseating, showing the bat in Markus' hand now, and having connected to Manik's nose, the blood in its beginning splatter stage.
The last three images were all shown in relatively quick time. First was Markus in mid-air attempting the Superman Frog Splash. Markus over top of Manik, with audio having Sombrero, and the fans count the pin, as you can tell when the referee pounds the mat, "one...two...three!" Markus on his knees, the title in his grasp, fighting from falling backwards, his face coated in his own blood, as the ring announcer signals, "the NEW World Heavyweight Champion, Markus Katastrophik!" Next a sound clip from the pay per view, as one last picture shows Markus at the top of the stage, EMT's on either arm keeping him up, the bat in one hand, and the belt in the other, both in the air...))

HE DID IT! HE DID IT! We have a new SWF Heavyweight Champion! Markus
Katastrophik took everything Manik and Tigerheart threw at him, and somehow
managed to connect with the deciding blows, first using Manik's own weapon
against him, and then the Superman Frog Splash, putting Manik down for the
count. The SWF begins its new age with Markus Katastrophik at the top of the
mountain!!!
((Pyro bursts go off all around the stage, as 'Crashing Around You' echoes throughout the arena. The fans break out into an ovation and massive pop at the sight of the new World Heavyweight champion. Markus Katastrophik steps through the cloud of smoke that was the remnants of the pyrotechnics that exploded just moments earlier. He raises both arms into the air, the silhouette one of a man exhausted, but victorious in his conquest.
As the cloud of smoke dissipates, Markus Katastrophik takes two steps further, stopping at the edge of the stage. His head is down, hiding his face from view the public by way of the black hooded sweatshirt. He quickly removed it, revealing a black tank top with a white skull spray painted on the front, resembling that of the Punisher. The fans cheers grew louder to notice the new hardware, the Supreme Wrestling Federation World Heavyweight Championship, strapped tightly around his waist. Markus looked up to scan the arena's inhabitants. His eye was partially blackened, the bruising apparently having gone down since Sunday night and the three-way dance. Just above his right eye there were closed stitches, and fortunately for him, the old gash on his forehead had all ready healed over for the most part. Unfortunately though, his lip was busted open, and you could see his left bicep and ribs were taped up pretty heavily.
Markus reached over his shoulder and slowly pulled something out. He lifted his right arm up and was clutching the infamous baseball bat. The dark wood looked sturdy despite its use, and chunks were stained orange from the blood of its victims -Nemesis and Markus Katastrophik, to name some of the biggest- as well as a nice big red coat of blood, Manik's own. He turned and pumped his arm into the air, raising the bat high, and proud. With his left hand, he undid the clasps on the title, and raised it into the air, alongside the bat.))
~ Lilith Evan ~
Ladies and Gentlemen, now making his way to the ring, coming off a major victory
at Quest for Gold, your NEW Supreme Wrestling Federation World
Heavyweight Champion, MARKUS KATASTROPHIK!
((Markus bows down in the direction of Lilith as he continues on down the ramp towards the arena floor and ring. He tosses the title over his shoulder and puts the bat in the same hand, allowing him the ability to reach out, making contact with some of the audience along the way. He makes it finally to the arena floor, and begins his climb up the steel steps, carefully entering between the top and middle ropes, his ribs aching quite a bit. Markus lays the bat on the turnbuckle and approaches Lilith Evan, accepting the microphone from her and bowing again courteously, before beginning to speak.))

Good God the view is amazing! It
took me over a year to reach the top of the mountain again, and I must say, I
love what I see. What was done Sunday will echo through the history of the SWF
for as long as it exists.
First of all, I have to give just applause to Manik and Tigerheart. No no, I know. Doesn't look good, giving praise to the two people who tried to end my career. But, they put their heart, their career, and their lives on the line for the greatest prize in our sport. Manik and Tigerheart, you two have won and earned my respect. While it isn't this... ((raises the World Title into the air to a major roar))... in this industry, you two are two of the toughest sons of b i t c h e s I have come across in my career!
Tigerheart, you impressed the hell out of me. From day one, I'll admit, I underestimated you. I didn't see you as the threat you inevitably presented yourself to be. You got good in a hurry Tiger, and that has made you into a title contender. Sooner or later, it'll happen again.
Manik...David... What can I say that hasn't been said between the two of us? I RESPECT YOU! You took me past limits I even knew existed inside of myself! These bruises, these stitches... your gifts to me. At some point at Quest, I wasn't sure that I had what it was going to take to defeat you. You are truly the Assassin. I won't doubt that again.
But all sugar-frosted compliments aside, this is a sport about not letting your guard down, and now that I am champion, you can bet your a s s that I'm going to watch my back even more than ever. Being the man at the top of the mountain, you afford yourself no rest. And as the fighting champion that I have always been, I defend this title, I don't back away from it. I have defeated the best this business has had to offer me, and there is no way I am going to let this title go again!
((The arena breaks out into a strain of cheers, pulsating from rafter to floor, Markus' remarks causing a frenzy in the seats. He lowers the microphone, throws his sweatshirt back over his head and fits his arms loosely through the sleeves, until it fit comfortably over his upper body. Markus takes an extra few moments in order to let the energy flow through him.))

Markus sure knows how to rile this crowd up!
-- Sombrero --
He sure does, but he isn't just tryin' to bring the crowd into it. This is just
as much a warning for the people in the back. Both of the other times he held
the title in the past, he fought. Night in and night out, whether they loved him
or hated him, he fought.
-- Kaiser --
You guys shouldn't be commentating! You both are too biased. Doesn't anyone see
what I see? Markus isn't being a good champion. Well sure, he is saying he'll
defend his title. That is honorable, but what is honor when you don't have the
title anymore? That's what he is doing. He is pretty much opening himself up to
challengers. Everyone in the back right now have got to be licking their chops
for the chance to dethrone the precious champion.
-- Sammy Williams --
Thank you Kaiser... that was insightful.
((Under his breath))
party pooper...
((Markus stops in the center of the ring, and shifts the World Title from one shoulder to the other, producing the baseball bat again. Raising it into the air, as well as bringing the mic back up to his lips to speak again.))

This is a symbol... what of? This is a symbol to everyone back there in the
locker rooms. That the game has been changed. That this isn't your mother's SWF
anymore. This isn't what you were all used to. This bloody baseball bat shows
the fall of an Assassin, and the rise of a conqueror! I did something that
nobody has been able to do in a long time, I beat "The Human Machinegun" at his
own game. He brought this clever little instrument out to serve his will. He
meant to put me away with this, for good no doubt. Funny how his nose
splattered, and not my brains.
Manik, all flattery aside, you put me through hell, but I left you there. How must it have felt watching me leave the ring with the World Championship, as well as your own bat? I told you before the Barbed Wire Cage, the game would have to end, and the way I see it Mister Gendron, CHECK...and MATE! While you put up the fight, in the long run, it was all for not. I have something you want your hands on, and I know you are going to eventually take up on that rematch clause. Just remember, two weeks and counting...
No, screw that. I am making a challenge. This is your rematch. Two weeks from now. I want you to heal your pretty self up, get nice and ready. And two weeks from now, we will do it one last time, so I can put you out of the picture for good! Next week, you can choose to compete if you wish, or you can take the week off to heal. But know that we are going to do this whether you like it or not. Cause quite frankly, you lack the choice. Seeing as if you don't accept this, your rematch clause becomes null and void!
-- Kaiser --
Suicide... after what Manik did to him last week at Quest for Gold, what do you
think Manik is going to do to Markus to get that title? It's his life!
-- Sombrero --
I hate it, but I might have to agree with you there Kaiser. He pushed Markus
-admittedly- past his own abilities. And Markus was lucky to make it out with
his career in tact, and the SWF Heavyweight title. What he is doing now, might
just be the biggest mistake of his life!
((The crowd seems confused but loving the idea of Markus Katastrophik facing his biggest rival, Manik, for the World title, on live television. Markus pulls the bat up to his lips, gives it a little pecking kiss, before sticking his arm out in front of him, the bat pointing out to the GeoTron and backstage area.))

So let this serve as a warning, and a symbol of these words I leave you with...
Your careers are all in my hands! This is for damn sure a new age, a new birth
of the SWF. The age of extreme. The age of natural selection. I told you all
when I came back, what my goal was, what I wished to achieve. You stand in the
middle of my achievement. Darwin must be having a hard-on in his grave, because
from this moment on... survival of the fittest rules the ring! If you aren't man
enough, you WILL get hurt, by my hand, or my bat!
Two weeks... two weeks... The clock is ticking....
No games, no gimmicks, just brutality! This is my time! Welcome to my world!
((Markus drops the microphone as the crowd goes wild. He climbs the closest turnbuckle and raises the title into the air with his left hand, and holds the bat up with his right. He continues at each of the four ring posts, before sliding out of the ring to another ovation, of course not counting anti-Markus Katastrophik fans.))
-- Sammy Williams --
Incredible words from the champ. Letting the rest of the roster know he is in
the house, and ready to start dishing out the punishment. Maybe that skull on
his shirt earlier fits him perfectly. The skull of the punisher, on the body of
the champ, about to administer his own brand of personal justice. Kinda scary if
you ask me!
-- Kaiser --
Give me a break. Two weeks from now, he signed his death certificate. Manik is
going to be salivating over the chance to throw Markus off the top of the
mountain. I just can't wait till we hear the REAL champion reply to this.
-- Sombrero --
Real champion?! Markus won it clearly at Quest for Gold, but I do agree, Markus
is in for maybe more than he is ready for. In two weeks, you WONT want to miss
it. Rematch from Quest for Gold, Markus Katastrophik Vs. Manik. Will he accept?
(('Crashing Around You' plays, as Markus makes his way up the entrance ramp.))
