Version 1.5 is ready for download. You can download the entire suite or
update the MP3 DataBase program by downloading the MP3DB executable. New
is this version is a rewritten and improved import/compare procedure, VBR
support, a genre-tag field and a lot more. Click here

What's new on 3
june 2000
Finally, some of you will say ;-), news from the MP3DB front. I've started
programming again on a regular basis. Until now I coudn't find the time to
do a lot of development on the MP3DB components. My to-do list is now 5
pages long, so it looks like I've got a lot of catching up to do. First
component to be updated is the MP3 File Corrector. You can download the
component from the download
section. The next component will be the MP3
DataBase program itself.
What's new on 22
december 1999
Two components have been added to the MP3 DataBase suite: The MP3
DataBase Tweak program and DataBase Info.
MP3 DataBase Tweak 1.0:
This little proggie is a maintanance program
for the MP3 DataBase Suite and can check versions, add shortcuts to
startmenu, desktop and quicklaunch area, and add/remove program
associations. For more info on the MP3Tweak program check out the MP3
DataBase Program
section.
Extended DataBase Info 1.1:
This program gives you lots of information about MP3 DataBase files. You
can display the number of entries, most used artists, number of
volumes/disks in the database and you can even compare two different
database files.
Multiple MP3 Tag Editor 1.2:
A new version of the
Multiple MP3 Tag Editor can be downloaded. This version has a new layout and
has more features (such as flexible mask, tag deletion, old tag preview).
The MP3 CD-Inlay
Printer 1.22:
This program has also been improved. New features are a cover bitmap and the use of
song-numbers.

I'm still working on
version 1.5 of the MP3 DataBase program. I cannot tell you when it will be
ready, but I can tell you that lots of suggestions you have made,
such as VBR, genre field and explorer enhancements, will be implemented.

A new page has been added to the links section. The MP3 Dee Bees
user group. On this site, created by CPUROY, you can talk about MP3DB tips
and tricks.
