     Hey you Dreamcast bootleggers...heres the new version of NesterDc
     as you know there was a release with the older version 1.0 and  
     1053 roms but there wasnt 1053 games on there, but there was alota 
     dupes (about 250), alot of them didn't work, i guess they just grab    
     whatever roms they had and threw them into a directory and burnt it  
     So i took the roms i wanted to keep cause that release had pretty    
     much all the ones i had already just delete the dupes, i couldnt    
     check every rom of course so if some dont work then you redo it   
     your self its not that hard. Anyways i burnt all the roms with     
     the new version of NesterDc v3.0 and Selfbooted! it, this version     
     has much better features..the following is from the ReadMe.txt

     New Features:
     - The sound is close to 100% perfect.
     - The game menu selection screen has been improved, but there is now a 
       limit of 2048 (with a 128 character limit per name) roms per cd.
     - The menu's look much better now, thanks to the artwork of Dave 
       Arnold, who is also the webmaster of http://nesterdc.emulation64.com/
     - Version 3 is noticeably faster than Version 2.
     - There are new frame skip options.
     - If a game exists in the GAMES directory called GAME.NES, NesterDC 
       will skip all intro menu's and run that game. This will lead to 
       single game cd's that feel more like a real NES.
     - The source code has been released.

     As you know this release is not hard to do at all!, took me about 45mins
     to do the whole thing little bootleg nfo and all i dont expect anything
     for it as i said above just did it for fun and hey why not release it
     for everyone else to have it already done and ready to burn, if ya dont
     like it dont download it easy as that and lemme go ahead and say Im not 
     trying to be a group nor i dont think im the best DC ripper on the scene! 
     did it cause i wanted to thats it. Also ive seen the other DC Emulator 
     releases out there and there just half fast releases i just wanted to make 
     a somewhat good release of a Dreamcast Emulator packed with roms. injoy :)
