What is the WildSquad?

The WildSquad Cheerleaders are a group of people who were in Chicago this June to paint the town red! No longer will we let our shy natures, fear of social ridicule, and embarrassment over our looks keep us from having the kind of fun we deserve (or getting a cab!). Oh, no! When the WildSquad hit the streets of Chicago, anything could happen! (And it did.) It's all about finally doing those things you always wanted to do- but wouldn't.

How the WildSquad came to be:

Once upon a time, in the land of WW100+messageboards, a beautiful young princess named ROWDYKAT responded to a question posed by an inhabitant of WW100+messageboardland. The inhabitant inquired as to what the inhabitants of WW100+messageboardland felt they were missing out on in their lives. Princess ROWDY lamented that she had not joined the royal cheerleading squad at the royal high school. Well, the inhabitants of WW100+messageboardland agreed that this was indeed a horrid situation, and the idea of creating a cheerleading squad for the inhabitants of WW100+messageboardland was proposed. This idea pleased the princess and plans for the new squad immediately got underway. The new cheerleading group was to be called the WildSquad, a name that pleased the inhabitants of WW100+messageboardland to a great degree. The WildSquad would be adorned in the finest cheerleading frocks available, and would frolic in the land of Chicago a mere ten fortnights from the squad's inception.

Some of the inhabitants of WW100+messageboardland were wary of the WildSquad. They appealed to the princess crying, "Oh, princess! We so want to belong to your fine WildSquad, but we feel we are unworthy to adorn such splendid frocks!" But the princess was indeed benevolent and answered the wary inhabitants, "You may yet join the WildSquad. You needn't wear the cheerleading frocks if it does not please you. All inhabitants if WW100+messageboardland are welcome to frolic with the WildSquad regardless of their adornment." The wary inhabitants were much relieved and set out at once to prepare their carriages and travel agents for the impending trip to the land of Chicago.
