InTouch magazine has a story this week on Christina Aguilera's noticeable weight gain. Her trainer Ashley Borden says it's all part of a plan for the singer ahead of her tour with *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake. "This is the first time in her life she's considered nutrition," Borden said. "We started incorportating better [nutrition] so Christina has more stamina when she's dancing." While the weight gain has led to a lot of talk, Aguilera is happy with her new look. "I like being thick," she said. When the singer looks in the mirror, she says, "I see myself, a girl who is more comfortable in her skin than ever before." Check out a scan of the article, and the before/after picture here

It's official that "can't hold us down" is going to be the next single. Do you think it's a good choice?

Christina Aguilera says she decided to dye her hair black to make her look more mature. The singer says she was just tired of being blonde.
"I did about everything I possibly could, I think, with the blonde for the past few years, between styles and experimenting with other colors combined," she told Radio 1.
"So I was just like, you know what? I'm just ready to go totally different. I had been wanting to go extreme color-wise for a long time.
"And I'm so happy with it too. It's where I'm at in my life more right now. Its a little darker and more mature and grown up."

Tickets for the "stripped" tour have gone in sale in the UK selling out in 20 mintues in Dublin. She is also playing Birmingham, Manchester, Wembley and Glasgow. I am going to the Birmingham show. Have you got your tickets yet?

LONDON -- The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) said Wednesday that Christina Aguilera's "Stripped" (BMG) reached 1 million in sales in Europe during the month of April.
