Firstly, can I just say I am mightily pissed off. I went to get my passport done today, and they rejected it because 'the photos are too far away.' In other words, I have to be five freaking centimetres closer to the bloody camera.
In case you can't tell, I'm not impressed. All that effort for nothing. I took lunch late to accomodate their riddikulus 'no passport applications during lunch' rule. I went and had my photo taken in a damn photo booth. I got Carol (thanks!) to sign and endorse said photo. I got a birth certificate. I know all this would have to be done anyway, but it's annoying because it couldn't be done today, like I wanted.
On another note, I got a Disney World/Orlando guide book with lots of pretty pictures, so that will keep me entertained during late shift tonight. Yes, I'm typing this at work. How naughty of me.
Honestly, I think that's about it for today. I can't think of anything else important.
Getting excited again, which is much better than terrified. :)
