Paige Turco started her career as a ballet dancer before an injury caused her to redirect her energies. Loving the arts, she turned her focus to drama and musical comedy. After acting in college, Paige gained notice playing Melanie Cortlandt Rampal, a virtuous country ingenue on the ABC soap All My Children. She next appeared as resourceful TV reporter April O Neil in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III. Paige soon turned the tables on her good girl image, playing a pregnant lesbian on NYPD Blue and an alcoholic, single mother on Party of Five. )
