Natashia currently stars as the tough, sexy and butt-kickin' Shane Phillips, one of three female ex-cons pressed
into service for a clandestine government agency and charged with bringing lowlifes to justice on NBC’s new
syndicated action adventure comedy series She Spies. Her new She Spies family Natasha Henstridge, Kristen
Miller, and Charles Jacott are a big part of Natashia's life now. "I’m having a great time with everybody on the
show. We are all giving 110%. Natashia laughs when she talks about getting in shape for the rigorous demands
of the show, "I have a track background, but I’m doing more kickboxing now – a lot more kickboxing!"
Natashia says she absolutely loves her character, "Shane gives me an outlet for my aggressions; it’s road rage
that’s OK." A lover of spy movies from a young age, Natashia says she has some similarities with Shane, "There is
a little bit of her in all of us. The love of excitement and a little bit of danger can turn boredom around pretty
quick."
It was somewhat by mistake that we are even graced with Natashia's presence on She Spies. "I signed up for
typing in high school, but was misplaced and ended up in drama class," she says. The teacher was so
impressed with her work that she gave a tape to an agent and Natashia started going on auditions. She landed a
few commercials, which led to guest starring roles on television series like Damon Wayans’ "My Wife And Kids"
and "Son of the Beach." Natashia's biggest role before "She Spies", was as the series regular Teddy, the neighbor,
on The Olsen Twins’ 2001 TV series, "So Little Time."
