A successful, Miami-based model, Taylor has adorned the cover of Shape Magazine, Ocean Drive, Ocean Drive Espagnol and Men's Journal and was #79 on Maxim magazine's 2002 "Hot 100" list. She has also appeared in a number of high profile advertising campaigns for companies such as Guess?, Van Huesen, Matrix, Pantene, and Perry Ellis. Cindy is also the new spokesperson for Frito Lay's Tostito's Gold, hosting commercial campaigns with Jay Leno, Little Richard and Steve Harwell of Smash Mouth.

Part Paraguayan and American, Taylor lived in the United States until age 6, at which time she relocated to Paraguay with her mother. At age 19, Taylor returned to the United States and quickly launched a successful career in modeling. Fluent in Spanish, she had to relearn the English language, which she hadn't spoken for nearly eleven years.
