So guys, are you looking forward to your first TOTP apparence?

Mark: Oh yeah! I've been watching TOTP since I was a young fella, and now, fingers crossed, there's a chance we could be on it very soon! It'll be a massive buzz!

Now the Boyzone tour is over, how much do you see Ronan?

Kian: We're in touch with him all the time. He rings us nearly every day, he's a very good friend of ours, y'know. We went to his house for dinner last weekend, and stayed over - it was a great crack!
Shane: It's a class house! Ronan's got an indoor swimming pool, a sitting room to die for, a huge fire place and massive couches!

What Ronan really like as a boss?

Shane: He's sound. Everyone thinks he'd be really strict, but he's not. He sees what he saw in himself fove years ago, and its like he's going back to the beginning, and living it all over again.

Which other pop people have you been hanging out with?

Kian: We've met the Backstreet Boys, oh and we met Baby Spice. Ronan introduced her to us when we played Wembley. She was with her boyfriend Jade from Damage, Ronan brought her over to us and we were like, 'Aaaagh! How are you doing?'. Shes gorgeous! We met Five the other day, they're really nice guys.

How huge would you like Westside to be?

Shane: I want us to be the biggest band in the world! Having said that, theres some bands you just cant beat, like Boyzone and Backstreet Boys, but we hope to be up there with them eventually.
Nicky: We went to last as long as we can and have No. 1 singles and albums all over the world!

Describe each of the band members in one sentance.

Brian: Nicky looks out for everyone, hes the nice guy of the band!
Shane: Brians the joker, he's always making everyone laugh!
Mark: Shane is a complete split personality, one minute hes really mature and the next hes a raving lunitic!
Nicky: Kian's really honest. He's very dedicated to making sure everything goes right for the band.
Kian: Mark's pretty serious, he's quite quiet but when he says something you listen because it really means something.

Nicky, you were signed to Leeds United. Do you miss the game?

Nicky: A bit. I didn't at first because this was so new and exciting, a new adventure. I wouldn't give this up for anything though. I've no regrets about the choice I've made.

What was the best moment of the Boyzone tour?

Nicky: Playing Wembley! Wembley is every footballers dream, but Wembley Arena is every pop stars dream. When I went out there and said, 'Good evening Wembley', to the crowd it was the best feeling of my life!

Whats the best piece of advice Ronan's ever given?

Kian: To be nice to everybody on the way up, because you'll need them on the way down!
