Where you a heart thob at school?

No, definately not. Far from it. I didnt have my first girlfriend until I was 18 and I was in the band. It lasted three months. Nobody liked me at school because I was over weight. No girl was interested in me - not one! I used to think I was the ugliest bloke in the world and that I'd never have a girlfriend.

Do you remember your first kiss?

Yeah I do, I was 17 and it was horrible! It was in the back of a cinema and it was really sloppy and disgusting.

What about your first french kiss?

That was it, when I was 17. Thank God I stuck with it, I lurve it now. Heh! Heh!

Who was your first crush on?

I had a crush on a girl from Dublin for 10 years. I told her I liked her, but she had a boyfriend for six of the 10 years, shes's still going out with him now, I think.

No I'd never do that!

Do you have a "type" when it comes to laydees?

No, I go for people's personalities, so I can judge them as an individual.

And what are your turn-offs?

I hate it when girls dress tartily. I don't like short skirts, low tops or lots of make-up. I like girls who are happy chilling in a tracksuit.

So are you romantic?

Yes, very romantic. What's the most romantic thing I've ever done? Erm, on Kerry's last birthday, I shouldn't really be talking about this, we were in different countries on the night of her birthday and I was supposed to fly out and meet her, but I missed the last plane. She had already turned her phone off, so I couldn't tell her what was going on, so I had to find an alternative route. I flew to a different area of Amsterdam and then drove for two hours to get to the hotel. It was 1am when I got there. I remember knocking on the door and her face was a picture. I'll never forget that look! It was the best ever!

Have you even written or received a love letter?

Yes, I'm always writing really long and slushy love letters. Love letters are totally tops!

What's your favourite scent?

I like Cool Water, but I'm not that fussy.

Yes, but I don't do anything about it. I think its harmless.

Eye contact. I don't really have a routine of pulling someone thought. It depends on the situation.

I dumped a girl once, I fell in love with somebody else and had to tell the girl I was going out with. It was horrible though.

No, I wouldn't go on one. It would be awkward, I wouldn't know what to say.

Would you think about going out with a fan?

Yes, absolutely. I don't see fans as being any different to any other girls. It would depend on who they were and what they were like though.

Dress down in a sweat top and trackie bottoms, wear very litte make-up, especially around the eyes - I like natural eyes. I love girls' hair when its tied up. Don't come on to me too much, but don't play hard to get either. Make me laugh, thats very important and eye contact. I love eye contact.
