Queer Eye for the Straight Guy is the most watched television show on Bravo to date. It stars five gay men: Thom Filicia, Jai Rodriguez, Carson Kressley, Kyan Douglas, and Ted Allen. These five men make over the lives of one straight man, who is in need of serious help when it comes to fashion, cooking, hair, interior decorating, and culture. The goal of the Fab 5 is to change the life of this straight man and to send him out into the world with a sort of gay outlook on things. Usually they are out to impress their girlfriends or wives, or need help being presented for something for their own needs.
Carson Kressley is in charge of fashion, Kyan Douglas is in charge of grooming, Jai Rodriguez is in charge of culture, Ted Allen is in charge of food and wine, and Thom Filicia is in charge of interior design.
Queer Eye for the Straight Guy airs on Bravo every Tuesday night at 10:00pm. They show repeats every now and then, so check your local listings. It is occasionally shown on NBC on must-see TV night, Thursday at 10:00.
