A Little About IMF-Arel-

I've received a fair share of E-mails asking about what scanner, hardware, software I use to create scans and/or vidcaps. So I decided to create a page with a few detail about myself and what I use.

I live near Montreal Qc. Canada. I started to scan celebrity pictures in the summer of 2001. The first scanner I was using at the time was a UMAX 1200p. It would take close to 30mins to scan a 8"x10" picture at 600dpi. I now have a new scanner that makes it a pleasure to scan from 600dpi up to 1600dpi in a snap.

All my scans were done at 600dpi, even my latest signature series. Imported and Edited in Photoshop 6. Photoshop is the only program I use to create my scans. Within photoshop I also use the following plug-ins: KPT6, Xenofex1.1, EyeCandy4000. In general, I only use Photoshop and KPT6. The other plug-ins only on rare occasions when a special effect is needed.
