Milly, a golden hearted prostitute, comes across an archer's thumb ring, and is subsequently murdered savagely. The London police and MI5 know what the ring stands for - an secret organization in Britain, determined to damage the economy of the country with ruthless precision, funded by enemy countries - of course. Corridon, ex-British commando, is assigned the job to investigate the organization, and infiltrate it if possible. Corridon does succeed, and only then does he come to know the actual size and reach of the organization, whose members wear the coded thumb ring in their fingers. Trapped inside a virtual fortress outside London, where the organization's headquarters' exist, Corridon's next challenge is to re-establish contact with the outside world as soon as possible, for now the organization's next assignment is to assassinate Detective-Inspector Rawlins, CID, who is a good friend of Corridon...
