I'd been singing along with 'Youth of a Nation' when I noticed some familiar red hair a few rows ahead.
"No way" I whispered.
I stood on tip toe trying to see the person. Sure enough.. it was Scarlett.
With Brodie.
"Just great!" I grumbled.
I grabbed my coat and walked down the row and up the aisle. I felt a hand on my arm and turned to see Will.
"Where are you going?" He asked concerned.
"Anywhere but here" I answered unhappily.
"B-But it's POD!" He stuttered.
"Yeah! And see that" I said pointing to Scarlett "That's Scarlett and Brody" I smiled sweetly, all fake of course "Like I said. I'm leaving. You can stay or come" I turned and continued walking.
I heard Will sigh then he appeared at my side "You owe me" He grumbled.

So the concert definitely didn't turn out as great as I had expected. Neither did the rest of my week. I was starting to get depressed.
"What's wrong?" Mary-Kate asked sitting next to me on the couch.
"Nothing" I said shrugging.
"Whatcha watching?"
I shrugged again.
Mary-Kate looked at the tv, where some couple were declaring their love for each other. There was a lot of dramatic music, and the two were the Drama King and Queen of the century.
"You're watching a soap opera?" She asked in shock "You hate those!"
I shrugged again.
She put both hands on my shoulders and held them down "STOP SHRUGGING" She told me. "And tell me what this is about"
"It's nothing" I insisted moving away from her.
"This doesn't have anything to do with how 'close'" She made speech marks with her hands as she said close "Brody and Scarlett have been lately?"
"UGH!" I jumped off the coach and started pacing "Why does everyone keep talking about that?"
"Ashley?" She looked at me, concerned. "Are you ok?"
"I'M FINE!" I yelled
"Then why are you so upset? I thought you were in love with Will"
"I am"
"Then why do you even care about Scarlett and Brody?"
"I..." I shrugged yet again "I... I don't know" I sighed.
Why was life so confusing?
