I found Sean and Samantha talking again and I felt another small hint of jealously, but it was soon banished from my mind as I remembered he had feelings for me!But? What if he had feelings for her too? I have to act fast! But what can I do? Do I just go over a kiss him? Do I wait and talk later? but that could be too late! Oh man this is hard! And what does feelings mean anyway? Does he feel for me like his little sister? Or a girlfriend? Or just a friend? I ran back to find Ashley and get clarification on what she meant by 'feelings'. I was just about to enter sickbay when Danny poped up in front of me. "Hey Mary-Kate." He said. "Oh.. Hi" I said smiling at him "sup?" I turned my head away a little as I noticed Samantha and Sean enter the hallway and start walking towards us. "Oh you know, the normal" Danny said, I think he noticed I wasn't really paying attention. I kept watching Sean and Samantha, who of course hadn't noticed me. Typical! As I was watching, I was totally shocked to see Samantha lean up and kiss Sean. I let out an outraged squeak and just stared in horror. Sean pulled away from Samantha and turned to me, he looked from Samantha to me in shock, trying to work out what had happened. I did the first thing that came into my head, I turned to Danny and kissed him, then turned and ran to my room. ...Sean... As if it wasn't confusing enough to suddenly be kissed by Samantha, I had to endure seeing Mary-Kate kiss Danny! My thoughts were so chaotic at the moment. I was brought back to reality when I heard Samantha say "What do you think?" I turned to her "I Don't know what to think" I admitted "I'm kinda speechless right now" She nodded "I'll give you time to think" She said before turning and walking away. I saw Danny, looking speechless himself, but a huge smile was sprawled across his face. I walked around aimlessly until I stumbled upon Amy as she read a book. I couldn't have hoped for a better person. "Amy, got a minute?" I asked her. She looked at me and dropped her book immediately. "Sure thing, what's wrong?" "Ugh! Where do I start?" I said sitting down next to her "Smantha kisssed you didn't she." Amy said. My mouth dropped. "How did you know that?!" "Wait a sec..." she said putting one hand up and the other pointing up to her forehead, like she was in thought. "And Mary-Kate saw it and..." she thought more "Mary-Kate kissed Danny?" "How in the world did you know all that?!" I asked. "Women's intuition." Amy smiled. "Or she was standing down the hall from you" Ashley said walking over and joining us. "That too!" Amy said with a grin. "Guess that means you saw it all too?" I asked. Ashley nodded as she sat down. "Everything." "I'm so confused and I don't know what to do." I said, burying my face in my palms. "Who do you like?" Ashley asked. "Mary-Kate, but I've only just met Samantha. Maybe I like her to" "Either you do or you don't" Amy pointed out. "But... I've liked Mary-Kate for so long." I said, "On the other hand, Samantha is really nice too... but..." "But?" Ashley said. "I don't know!" I said. My head was hurting. "Listen to me" Ashley said putting a hand on my shoulder "You like Mary-Kate" "But... She... she... kissed..." I said, not even want to think about it. "I know." Amy said. "But I think she was just confused and hurt when Samantha kissed you." Ashley nodded in a greement. "Ugh, I don't know what to do!" I buried my head in my hands again. ...Mary-Kate... I sobbed silently into my pillow as the image of Samantha kissing Sean kept playing in my head over and over again. I heard a gentle knock on my door. "Go away!" "Mary-Kate?" I heard the person say. 'Sean?' I thought. "Go away!" I repeated, only with more emphasis this time. "Mary-Kate, Please!" "Why don't you go find your girlfriend Samantha!" I yelled. "Mary-Kate, it's not what you think." He said. "I think you and Samantha just kissed!" "But..." he tried to explain. "She kissed me!" He insisted. "So what!" "Fine! I'll go" His footsteps faded away, and I immediately regretted it.
