She was in a girl band with Victoria Becham "Posh Spice' Emma Bunton "Baby Spice" Melaine Brown "Scary Spice and Melaine C. "Sporty Spice". They were a big hit and made many cd's. They made a movie called Spice World which they played themselfs.She then left the spice grouade her group to go solo and she make her own cd's. She even has a two new yoga vido's out.
