Cole Turner is a powerful half demon initially sent to kill the Charmed Ones, only to have his heart captured by Phoebe instead. This has something to do with him being half human, allowing him to get close to the Charmed Ones easily. However this also caused him to fall for Phoebe as well. His powers are shimmering and ability to hurl energy bolts. Cole's debut was as the A.D.A in season 3.
