Although born in New York, Nick spent most of his childhood in Florida. Two years after Nick was born, his sister Bobbie Jean (BJ) was born. Four years after BJ came Leslie, the very middle of the Carter kids. Two years later, and eight years after our beautiful blonde heartthrob was born, Aaron and Angel Carter were born. Nick started performing long before any of us ever heard of him. According to his parents, he was singing in his diapers! Nick aquired the part of a boy on a slip and slid in the Johnny Depp movie, Edward Scissorhands. In 1992, four other young men accompanied Nick. Thus, the Backstreet Boys began! They released three multiplatnum albums by 2000. Two years later, Nick released his solo album, Now or Never. He rekindled his acting career the next year by playing the football captain/jerk in the "thriller" (it's in quotes because we don't see how it could be considered scary) The Hollow. The Backstreet Boys have also rekindled their relationship to begin recording their new album in February of 2004. The first single will hopefully hit radio stations in late January/ early February of '05, and the new album should be out in March.
