1. You can only sign up for up to 3 categories PER site.

2. No site/fanfic may win no more than 1 category.

3. After nominating your site/fanfic, make sure you have one of our codes on your site or somewhere. If not, then we will skip your site/fanfic...unless, you have promised us that you will put it on before we announce the winners. We will not put your site on the "Nominees" list until you put the code onto it.

4. If more then one vote form is recieved by the same person, they will be deleted, unless it is for different sites/fanfics. You may only vote once...but, for 3 categories.

5. You can enter as many sites/fanfics as you have into the competition.

6. Whatever the judges decisions are for the winners, are FINAL. They can not be changed. But, you may apply again during the next round if you have lost.

7. If in case the judges can not pick between sites for the winner, then we will ask everyone out there to vote for either one of the sites that they think should win.

8. The webmaster/webmistress reserves the right to add a site to the competition if they feel the judges have judged unfairly.

9. You may nominate yourself and/or somebody else for the awards.

10. There must be NO broken links unless you are nominating for the "Beginner Award."

11. Beginner Awards MUST be 4 months or less.

12. There must be at least 3 Nominees PER category. If not, then everyone will be transfered to the next round.

13. Where it says: "Should I...?", type in: "Bite Me!" so that I know you've read the rules
