This page is dedicated to one of my most favorite actresses, Rosa Blasi, who plays Dr. Luisa "Lu" Delgado M.D. on the wonderful Lifetime
Channel's original drama, "Strong Medicine". I think that Ms. Blasi is very beautiful and talented. She is very down-to-earth, without the "swelled-head celebrity complex" typical of a lot of famous people, and often chats with her fans on the Lifetime Channel Message boards.

Rosa is also very generous, serving her community, by volunteering in an orphanage, the "El Faro Orphanage" in the slums of Tijuana, Mexico.
Unlike a lot of celebrities who only do community service as a way and means to get publicity and attention from the press, and media, Rosa truly wants to ease the pain and suffering of people, especially children. Just from looking at these pictures I can tell that she genuinely cares about others. I love Rosa, and I hope that her show, "Strong Medicine" and her character in it, Dr. Luisa "Lu" Delgado stay on for a long time to come.
