Swan and Ronald Swan where they lives for 30 years. The Historical Site would Illustrate and feature the life and achievements of this Legendary person. Sir Charles is A Distinguished American, Historical Figure, Actor, Medal of Freedom recipient including, Who's Who in the World, United States Persona and was accolade into Knighthood on 9th day of June in the year of our Lord 2000. Charles visted the YMCA every Saturday for swimming, skating at the coliseum, basketball daily , dancing at St. James Center on Fridays, Boy Scouts Providence Baptist Church.
