United Way
Grant and Tamia, will serve as the 2001 Honorary Co-Chairs of Heart of Florida United Way's (HFUW) Alexis de Tocqueville (AdT) Society, a group consisting of individual donors contributing $10,000 or more to HFUW's annual fund-raising Campaign.
The Stranger single was released on March 27th and blew up on the Billboard charts the following week.... Placing it at #10 on the Billboard 100 and #3 on the R&B charts for issue week of 4/14! Congrats, Tamia!

The Stranger In My House single, will be available on CD, Vinyl and Cassette on March 27th.... Be sure to pick in up. It will have various remixes, including the So so Def remix.

Successful Surgery for Grant
The 90-minute procedure was performed by Dr. Mark Myerson and assisted by Magic team physician Dr. Joe Billings of Jewett Orthopaedic. Grant suffered a broken medial malleolus (inside bone on his left ankle) at the end of the 1999-2000 season and originally underwent surgery last April 28.
The following are comments from Dr. Mark Myerson & Dr. Joe Billings.
Dr. Mark Myerson: "I am very pleased with the procedure. Grant had a non-union of a fracture as a result of a lack of blood supply to that area. In order to promote blood supply and healing, old hardware and screws were removed and three news screws and bone graft were applied. The prognosis is for a full recovery."
Dr. Joe Billings:
"We are pleased with the surgical procedure and are anticipating a five month bone-healing process which will involve 2½ months of non-weight bearing and 2½ months of weight bearing activity. The precise time table for his rehabilitation and return to the court will be evaluated at the end of that time frame."

Stranger REMIX!
Tamia has completed remixes for the song, "Stranger In My House".... One of the mixes will feature Jermaine Dupree. Look out for that.
She's No Stranger
The second video from the album is Stranger In My House, and it has been released to BET and The Box. the video is done by no other than Paul Hunter. Again, as with most of his videos, he uses soft tones and colors and a beautiful atmosphere. This is clearly Tamia's best video, so far.
Grant & Tamia were on the cover of the November issue of Jet Magazine. The article touches on how they both balance marriage and their careers. There's a few pics with the article, that I will add to the Photo section.
Time for A Nu Day
The new album hit stores on October 24th, 2000. Did you get it? No? Well GO GET IT! =P It's Hot! Some of the hottest tracks, IMO, are: "Tell me who?", "Can't go 4 that", "Long Distance love", "Can't no man" or the beautifully done remake of, "Love me in a special way". Go out and get this album. You will not be dissappointed.
