Rick Mercer, an actor and writer from St. John’s, Nfld., is best known for his work on the Gemini Award-winning comedy series This Hour Has 22 Minutes.
Since 1995, he has won six Gemini awards for writing and performing on 22 Minutes.
Mercer, who reveals he could be the nefarious mastermind behind the Bre-X fiasco, has also appeared in numerous television and film productions in addition to his stage work in theatres across Canada.
