Kate Bush Demos!

Bootlegs (demo cds/records) i know of

• Cathy's home demo's, there are certain different volumes. The main one is from Blue Moon records, and is called 'Cathy's home demos' , it has 29 songs. These are either home demos or studio outakes from 1974-1975.It is probably the most common demo album available.
• This womans work live. This is an album with a compilation of Kate's live performances. This is one of the most common bootlegs.
• Other bootlegs i know of vaguely include, 'Butterfly kisses', 'Passing through air' and 'wow' (a ripoff of Live at Hammersmith performance, do NOT buy this!).

There are many bootlegs of Kate Bush's early work or rarities etc. All of these are illegal and hard to find, in most cases you have to be willing to pay alot for these. Sellers of Bootlegs usually are aware how rare a Kate Bush bootleg is so you can expect to pay more than the price of an average cd album. However, it can be worth the price, especially if you pick the right bootlegs. Probably the most popular demo is Cathys home demos which has 29 tracks in reasonable quality sound, having heard lots of bootlegs i can saftely say this is one of the best and probably the one to go look for. This woman's live work is also a good one. Remember there are plenty of ripoff bootlegs with simply abysmal sound quality, or worse bootlegs such as 'wow' which is a complete copy of the Hammersmith concert, although it claims otherwise.
