Webmaster and CEO of Mista Cotta, Inc. Retires Award-winning website will be left in good hands LYNCHBURG, Virginia - August 18, 2002 - "Dogbert JG" (real name undisclosed) announced today that he will resign and leave control of Mista Cotta, Inc. to the webmasters of "The spiritual adventures of Mista Cotta," another fan site for the famous yet mysterious Mista Cotta. "I need more time for my family, and my studies," he says. "The site will not close; it has been left in good hands." Just who is this Mista Cotta, and what is he all about? "It just started with a simple hula," Dogbert explains, "and then it took off. We formed a fan club, which was immediately bombarded by requests to join. I could hardly keep up with the demand for bobble heads." Dogbert says he is still a fan of Mista Cotta, and has also joined the new "Cotta Club," which has merged with the Mista Cotta Fan Club into the largest fan club for MC. "Mista Cotta has always inspired me, as well as many llamas around the globe," Dogbert says, "I'm not giving up, I'm just moving on and letting someone else take over and take the company to to heights." The three-year-old company's stock has seen two splits in it's last fiscal year. Dogbert says he will hold on to his shares of Mista Cotta, Inc., keeping him the majority shareholder. "I plan to let the new webmasters make their own decisions; so far they have worked out great," Dogbert explains, "However, I still offer my services to them, whenever they need help." The new webmasters also plan to announce Mista Cotta T-shirts in the near future.
