This is a sort of "mini-
shrine" dedicated to the talented and beautiful actress Andrea Parker.Her appearances include the TV movie "Ice:87th Precict", and a recurring role in "JAG". Andrea is best known for her work on the TV series "The Pretender" (1996-2000) as Miss Parker (and occasionally in flashbacks, Catherine, Miss Parker's mother.) who seems to be an ice queen with a good trigger finger. She also has a soft side that she lets few people see. The character smoked often, but became sick due to chain smoking and toned the tobacco down for a bit until she gave it up altogether.But one thing you always noticed: the legs. Always the legs. You always knew when Miss Parker made an entrance or exited a car. Andrea is a up-and coming actress which Hollywood should keep an eye on,legs or no legs. As for "The Pretender", NBC canned it despite fan's outcries. TNT picked it up in repeats and might do a handful of "Pretender" TV films,like they did with "Babylon 5".
This would be a good thing, since the last "official" episode ended in a real bona fide cliffhanger, and some still unanswered questions that needed to be resolved. So maybe we might see more of Andrea as Miss Parker. Or other roles, which would be equally as nice. Action films? Hey I can dig it. Hey y'know, not too long ago,on "Entertainment Tonight" they had a segment on the most "downloaded" woman on the internet.
I wonder who they polled-cause I'm willing to bet Andrea's in the top ten. (On a personal note who's the most "downloaded" sounds a bit kinky to me...I really don't give a care as long as the celeb in question has a working brain and talent) But y'get it.
Four years of flashing pantyhose at viewers and not even an honorable mention?Please!
