Crispin Glover ( Back to the Future ), who once demonstrated his kicking skills to David Letterman, is duking it out in court with Paramount Pictures over the animated USA Network show Duckman , which Paramount distributes. Glover p rovided a voice-over for the series, but his contract, according to the suit filed in Los Angeles Oct. 11, "provided that the pseudonym 'L' would be used in place of Mr. Glover's name in any credit in connection with Mr. Glover's work." Glover claims that Paramount used his name in the credits when the show aired. "They made a mistake," says Glover's lawyer, Douglas Kari. "It's basic. You don't use a celebrity's name unless you have permission." Paramount has no comment.
