The house was built in 1970 on a 22' x 24' exposed block basement.
The ranch house is 22' x 46' so it extends off the block basement by 22 foot.

This extension rests on 2 beams across 6 total uprights.
The additions we will be adding include a 22' x 22' room put under this extension.
Beyond this room will be an 8 foot bath, hall and laundry room section.
Then a two car garage with a room on the second floor connected to the existing house and used as a 3 season room.
Here's the problem area:
: 
1. How to hold up the house while putting in the foundation
and building up the walls under the existing structure
2. The Garage will be at least four foot lower due to the
terrain. How to blend the addition into the existing structure
3. Or without the porch above the garage.
:
