McDonald's Biscuits (clone) - lighter version

2 cups reduced fat Bisquick®
2/3 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons light butter -- melted and divided

Preheat oven to 400.

Combine the baking mix, buttermilk, sugar, salt, and half of the melted
butter. Mix until well blended.

Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until
golden.

Remove from the oven and immediately brush each one with a light coating
of the remaining butter.

Serve warm.
