Bourbon Barbecued Shrimp

Recipe By :Kristin
Serving Size : 4 P
Categories : Main Dishes

1/4 cup A-1® Steak Sauce
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons light brown sugar -- packed
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 pound medium shrimp -- shelled and deveined

Mix the steak sauce, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, bourbon, and pepper
sauce in a bowl until blended. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.

Heat a nonstick, ridged grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp
until pink and lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn the shrimp and cook
until nicely browned, about 2 minutes longer.

(You can also cook them in a grill basket on the grill.)
I often substitute Southern Comfort for the bourbon.
