Southwestern Chicken - Bean Salad

1 small sweet onion -- chopped
1/2 medium sweet red pepper -- chopped
1/2 medium green bell pepper -- chopped
15 ounces black beans, canned -- rinsed and drained
2 pieces corn on the cob -- kernels removed
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon corn oil
16 ounces cooked chicken breast halves -- chopped
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro -- chopped


Combine onion, peppers, beans, and corn in a large bowl; toss until well
mixed.

Add lime juice and oil to bean mixtures; toss to coat. Add chicken, taco
seasoning and cilantro; toss.

Also - chopped jalapeno is really good in here if you like the
spice.
