Peas, Mushrooms and Creamy Rice

8 ounces fresh mushrooms -- sliced
10 3/4 ounces 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
10 3/4 ounces skim milk
1 3/4 cups instant rice
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
In a skillet sprayed with baking spray saute mushrooms. Set aside.
Warm soup and milk. When it comes to a slow bubble, add instant rice and
cover. Remove from heat and let sit for 8 minutes.
While the soup mixture is warming thaw peas in microwave.
When the rice is tender, stir in mushrooms and peas. Season with salt and
pepper and serve.

NOTES : ~~ 3 ~~
You can add 1/3 cup parmesan cheese when stirring in peas and
mushrooms. Then it is ~~ 4 ~~ per serving.
