Reduced Fat Bubble Pizza

20 pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
3/4 pound Extra lean ground turkey
3 ounces hormel turkey pepperoni
1 cup part skim milk mozzarella cheese -- shredded
1 cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
16 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 onion -- diced
1 red pepper -- diced
1 cup mushrooms -- sliced
Brown turkey, onion, mushrooms, and pepper; drain.
Quarter the biscuits; mix with turkey, pepperoni and sauce (and any other
optional toppings). Put in 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese.
Bake for another 10 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
